80-item self-report instrument for adults, covering four areas linked to autism spectrum traits: Social Relatedness (39 items), Circumscribed Interests (14 items), Language (7 items), and Sensory-Motor (20 items). Full-length complement to the already-available 14-item RAADS-14 screening version on this platform. Originally designed for clinician-administered use in adults of average or above-average intelligence.

This specific digital implementation has not been independently clinically validated by PsiQ — scores are for self-reflection, research, and educational purposes only, and are not a diagnosis. The original instrument was designed for clinician-administered use as part of a full diagnostic evaluation, not standalone self-screening. Scoring uses the RAADS-R's own published item-response coding: most items score a point only when marked "True now and when I was young" (indicating a lifelong pattern); 17 positively-worded items are scored in reverse, where only "Never true" scores a point.
