Grievance Redressal
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This is a structured draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, PsiQ provides a grievance-redressal mechanism for complaints about content, data handling, or platform conduct.
1. What counts as a grievance
A grievance can relate to: how your personal data has been collected, used, or shared; a privacy or security concern about your account; a billing or payment dispute not resolved through normal support; a concern about another user's conduct on the platform; or a complaint about content (for example, an article or assessment description) you believe is inaccurate or inappropriate.
2. How to file a grievance
Submit your grievance through our Contact page, or through the in-dashboard Support Chat if you already have an account. Please include:
- Your registered email address (so we can verify your identity and account).
- A clear description of the issue and, where relevant, the specific page, order, or user involved.
- Any supporting detail — screenshots, order/invoice numbers, dates — that helps us investigate without a back-and-forth to gather basics.
3. Resolution timeline
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt. Consistent with the due-diligence timeline set out in the IT Rules, 2021, we aim to resolve or substantively respond to a grievance within 15 days of receipt. Complex matters requiring investigation (for example, a cross-tenant data concern) may take longer, in which case we will tell you the expected timeline directly rather than leaving you without an update.
4. Grievance officer
PsiQ will designate a named Grievance Officer, as required for intermediaries under the IT Rules, 2021, once operating with real user data at scale. Until that designation is published here, grievances submitted through our Contact page are routed to the team member responsible for privacy and platform-conduct matters, and are subject to the same acknowledgment and resolution timeline above.
5. If you're not satisfied with the outcome
If you believe your grievance was not adequately resolved, you may escalate it in writing through the same Contact channel referencing your original grievance, and — where your complaint concerns personal data specifically — you retain your right to approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the appropriate consumer forum for a billing/consumer-protection matter.
6. Contact
File a grievance or ask about the status of one you've already filed — contact us.
