All subscriptions are period-based with manual renewal — there is no automatic recurring charge. Bundled credits reset each period and are forfeited if a subscription lapses unrenewed; credits purchased separately (below) never expire. Prices shown reflect what's currently configured and may be revised by PsiQ from time to time.
Individuals Pay Only for What They Take
There's no individual subscription tier. Every assessment in the catalog is configured by its admin as either genuinely free or priced per attempt — never a hidden or default charge.
Free Assessments
Assessments an admin has explicitly marked free stay free — no card, no trial that converts to a charge later.
Pay-Per-Test
Paid assessments show their exact price before checkout, charged once via Razorpay with real signature verification — no subscription commitment.
Need More Credits Than Your Plan Includes?
Institute, psychologist, and researcher accounts can top up their credit wallet directly at any time, separately from their subscription's bundled allowance.
- ₹1 = 1 credit. One straightforward rate — no bundle math.
- Purchased credits never expire and are never forfeited if a subscription lapses — kept in a separate balance from your plan's bundled credits.
- Every credit movement is recorded in a ledger — reconcilable, never just a balance that silently changed.

Pricing & Billing FAQ
Do subscriptions renew automatically? +
No. PsiQ subscriptions are period-based with manual renewal — you pay for a period, and it tracks when that period ends. If it isn't renewed before then, it expires and any unused bundled credits from that period are forfeited. We don't charge a saved payment method automatically.
What happens to unused credits if I switch plans? +
Switching plans is currently a fresh purchase of the new plan rather than a prorated credit or refund for the unused portion of the old one. Credits you bought directly (not bundled with a subscription) are unaffected by a plan change.
How are payments verified? +
Every subscription purchase and credit top-up goes through Razorpay with real server-side HMAC signature verification before anything is activated — the client-side "success" callback alone never grants access.
Can I get an invoice? +
Yes — every purchase generates a real invoice viewable and downloadable from your dashboard.
