Limitations: Imported from the OpenScales open item-bank project. That source file collapsed items 1-8 onto one generic frequency scale, which does not match the officially published WHO AUDIT (item 2 asks about drink quantity, not frequency, and uses its own scale). This build uses the official WHO-published per-item response scales instead, since the item wording itself matches the standard instrument exactly. This specific digital implementation has not been independently clinically validated by PsiQ — scores are for self-reflection and educational purposes only, and are not a diagnosis.
